Krista fell in love with the practice of yoga in 1999 when she took her first Ashtanga class. Since that day she has devoted her time and energy into exploring the numerous dimensions, both as a teacher and student. Krista teaches retreats around the world and regular classes at YogaWorks in Santa Monica & Yoga Salt in Culver City, CA. Expect a vigorous Vinyasa flow class that challenges the minds focus and attention; Krista believes that our obstacles…mind or body- are our greatest blessings. SO excited to welcome her to town on Super Bowl Sunday for SUPERFLOW at Boston’s Hotel Intercontinental.
