THE SPA @INK BY WHOLE FOODS MARKET
Just to the right of checkout able number nine sits a well-appointed refuge for the weary shopper. Not what one would expect to see in the grocery store, but this being a brand new flagship Whole Foods in one of the city’s hippest new neighborhoods, the bar has been risen. A perfect detour either before or after filling the shopping list, The Spa @ INK, housed among the kale and almond milk and gluten free pasta, beckons the drained chef with Reiki, massage and a host of other signature spa services. The Spa, formerly operated by Milk and Honey, traded hands back to Whole Foods in October.
Laura Derba, regional president of Whole Foods Market, said that the new concept will “better offer the quick, convenient and thoroughly relaxing services that you desire will carry all of the best hallmarks of a Whole Foods Market experience; high quality products, and unparalleled customer service.”
Appointments for all spa services can be made through the stores website. In addition to their expanding line of spa services CosMedix, Spa Ritual, John Masters, and Milk + Honey products are available for purchase onsite at The Spa @ INK at Whole Foods, located at 348 Harrison Avenue in Boston’s South End.
