NEW BEACON HILL LOCATION MARKS SOULCYCLE’S THIRD BOSTON AREA STUDIO
Beacon Hill has a new neighbor… Tucked brightly along Cambridge Street just steps from the Charles River and the MA General Hospital campus is the brand new SOULCYCLE – the indoor cycling chain’s third Boston area studio. Founded by Julie Rice and Elizabeth Cutler, SOULCYCLE is often credited with having re-invented indoor cycling. With inspirational instructors, epic spaces lit by candles, pumped up playlists and of course that signature splash of yellow, the SOULCYCLE mission is to free riders to “let loose, clear their heads and empower themselves with strength that lasts beyond the studio walls.”
This new location, just a few subway stops from their Back Bay studio, sports the same pay-per-ride pricing model along with that full throttle team experience their swelling fans have come to expect. In addition to the kicks of their 45 minute indoor rides, for the price of admission SOULCYCLE also offers guests those clip-on shoes, ice cold bottled water, fresh towels and a team of fellow riders in search of that “all in” experience. And, with a variety of class options, not all of their rides are created equal. Check out their signature SOULCHALLENGE 90 minute class for hardcore cyclists – a class their instructors consider a “90 minute cardio party”. And at the other end of the spectrum, for those new to spinning, check out their one hour team-taught introductory class SOUL101. Regardless of the class level, their team of instructors go out of the way to tend to their flocks checking in with each rider before the lights go down to make certain that every bike is properly adjusted to suit the frame of their rider.
SOULCYCLE’s third Boston area studio looks to be in a great position to help meet the mind body needs of the neighborhood’s broad range of residents which include medical professionals, students just across the bridge as well as all those runners along the Charles. Just in time for National Bicycle month in May! The chain’s widening presence here in the city seems another clear indication of the Boston area’s demand for transformative experiences through physical fitness. Bring it on, and welcome to Beacon Hill!
SOULCYCLE Beacon Hill is located at 300 Cambridge Street in Boston. Class reservations can be made online or by calling the studio at 617.336.9998.
