wind up… how do you wind up, prepare for the week ahead?
I turn inward, listen to music and explore my embody-map with my Roll Model® method balls.
and, when you need to exhale… what’s your other direction?
East! I head out to the ocean. I am a competitive sailboat racer and blue water sailor. The Caribbean is nice, and so is Italy.
favorite high powered snack?
Avocado!
the sound of music… you have room for 5 tracks on your playlist, they are?
Five tracks? I would load it up with roots reggae music… anything Marley. And one track of Harold Bud, maybe The Room of Mirrors.
your bible… what one book do you turn to time and time again for inspiration?
The Trail Guide to the Body by Andrew Biel. I turn inward, literally, for inspiration. We can learn a lot from our bodies!
